Requirement 8-12+ years of experience in accessories, leather goods, or high-end product design. Direct experience in luxury is strongly preferred and should be evident in portfolio and prior roles. Proven ability to lead products from concept through development to final launch. Strong experience with leather, metal hardware, textiles, trims, and premium finishing methods. Deep familiarity with sampling, prototyping, supplier communication, and factory collaboration. Portfolio must include accessories and product systems that demonstrate: Strong design signature Modular or customisable thinking Elevated material and finish sensitivity Coherent collection thinking Disciplined detail resolution Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate both creative intent and practical decision logic.
