- 熟悉房地产市场、估值方法和行业法规
- 具备良好英语及粤语/普通话能力

Skills That Will Help You Excel In This Role: University (or equivalent) degree in Real Estate/Surveying/Property Management or related disciplines 3 years+ of experience in delivering high-quality valuation reports for a diverse range of property types in Hong Kong or APAC countries. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Valuer positions Valuation related experience from a Commercial Real Estate business or Lands Department is an asset Excellent understanding of real estate markets, valuation methodologies and industry regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data Effective communication and client relationship management skills Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail Relevant professional qualifications, such as MRICS or MHKIS, are highly desirable Good command of both written and verbal English, Cantonese or Mandarin. Proficiency in any Asian language is a plus
