Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Associate Director. Proven track record in managing complex, high-value projects and leading cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proficiency in project management tools; familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, SketchUp) is a plus. Experience working with international clients and delivering projects to global standards is highly desirable.
