About You Have 3-8 years of PQE on a corporate and/or finance team (e.g., derivatives, credit, M&A) within leading law firms or financial institutions Experienced with drafting and negotiating contracts Able to stay organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and able to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent writer and speaker; strong negotiator Self-motivated and flexible team player Positive, responsible and professional in attitude and presence Collaborative and able to clearly articulate your approach, analysis and conclusions Comfortable working on problems that rarely have clean, definitive answers Native in Mandarin and fluent in English, both in speaking and writing If you're a recruiting agency and want to partner with us, please reach out to [email protected].
