Bachelor's degree in computer science, software technology, or a related field (professional qualifications are a plus).
Proficient in software development, particularly in web-based solutions, database implementation, and AI application development and deploymen.
Minimum 3 years of IT experience in a related function (e.g., analyst programmer, system programmer/support, web designer, web developer, or web master) within the past 10 years.
Strong knowledge of SQL databases; familiarity with NoSQL or other database types is an advantage.
Proficiency in coding languages and common frameworks, e.g. Python and JavaScript etc.
Broad understanding of DevOps practices, containerisation technologies (e.g. Docker and Kubernetes) and automated testing/deployment.
Hands-on experience with AI technologies, such as LLMs, AI chatbots, AI agents, prompt engineering, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or related AI frameworks, is highly desirable.
Native fluency in spoken Cantonese and proficient in written Chinese; Strong written and spoken English
Proven ability to lead technology-driven change and collaborate within a team.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Experience delivering professional verbal and written presentations.
Demonstrates adaptability and professionalism under pressure.
Knowledge of GIS and BIM is a plus.
