Requirements University degree in a related discipline and preferably with relevant qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP Proven experience in insurance sales Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment Advocate of openness, able to create a cohesive teamwork and inspire others High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
