Requirements
University degree / Associate degree holders; or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with passes in Mathematics and Chinese/ English
Minimum 1 year of experience in account opening and relevant direct sales experience in the banking industry
. Candidates from other financial services institutions, such as insurance or independent financial advisory are also welcome.
Candidates with at least 2 years’ working experience from other industries will also be considered.
Possess appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications (
IIQE Papers 1, 2 and 3 are mandatory
; HKSI Papers 1, 7 and 8 are preferred) and fulfil the competency requirements to conduct regulated activities as defined by the Regulator.
Strong customer service and sales mindset; self-motivated with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST. Proficiency in Cantonese and English is an advantage.
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
Ability to manage complex interactions effectively
Demonstrated situational awareness, strong learning agility, and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment
Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
