To be successful you will need:
A Bachelor degree preferred in business or related area
Strong experience in customer service-oriented roles
Good knowledge of traditional trade products, account opening, and banking facilities
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership to create a collaborative work environment with a wide variety of business stakeholders
Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions using good judgment and business sense
Ability to plan and prioritize effectively with good analytical and problem-solving skills, including the identification of appropriate experts to execute deliverables and business opportunities
Strong spoken and written English with fluency in Cantonese is preferred
