Requirements:
5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles focused on high-performance, production-grade systems.
Proficiency in Linux admin and experience in managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
Proficiency with containerized workloads (Kubernetes essential).
Strong scripting and automation capabilities using Python and Bash; knowledge of Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript is a plus.
Hands-on experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana) and production incident response.
Hands-on experience with AWS (essential), Google Cloud, Azure (desirable).
Experience with automation and IaC tools; Ansible, Terraform is essential.
Understanding of performance engineering at both the system and network levels, including tuning, profiling, and capacity planning.
Knowledge of cloud networking, security best practices, IAM and SIEM tools.
While not a requirement, experience working in, or a strong interest in cryptocurrency and finance in general is desired.
Nice to Have:
Experience in crypto trading environments (CeFi, DeFi, or both).
Familiarity with performance testing tools and practices.
Experience with supply chain security, secrets management, and secure build pipelines.
