Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field Proficient in Python with hands-on experience building and maintaining production systems Comfortable working on Linux — command line, debugging, and bare-metal environments Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design Solid debugging skills and the ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases quickly Bonus/Good to Have: Experience with Kafka, or data pipeline tooling Background in statistics or data analysis Experience with Rust or C++ Competitive programming background No finance or economics experience required — we'll teach you the domain
