To be successful you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline. 5+ years relevant experience in product management, business analysis, project delivery, treasury services, transaction banking, securities services or custody-related environments. Understanding of cash management, liquidity solutions, and securities services products Understanding of the front to back of securities products Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting treasury and securities services Proven track record of delivering complex product initiatives and managing cross-functional teams Familiarity with global markets and multi-currency cash management Strategic and results-driven professional with a strong control mindset and analytical problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence regulators, clients, and senior management.
