Requirements:
2+ years in a 1-to-1 client-facing role within fashion retail or luxury. E-commerce sales experience is strongly preferred.
Target-driven with a proven sales track record and the ability to manage a client portfolio with autonomy.
High proficiency in written/spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Genuine passion for contemporary and luxury fashion. Understanding of fashion and consumer culture across Hong Kong, Taiwan, mainland China, South Korea, and Japan markets is a strong advantage.
Excellent organisation, strong attention to detail, and the initiative to work independently in a fast-paced digital environment.
Experience with CRM tools, clienteling platforms, or luxury/streetwear brand relationships.
Comprehensive knowledge of industry news and trends.
Individuals with the desire to learn/possess knowledge of the climate will also be considered.

HBX is looking for a commercially minded, culturally connected Personal Shopper to deliver a best-in-class client experience across our e-commerce platform. You'll own a portfolio of clients, drive revenue through expert styling, and act as a true brand ambassador for one of Asia's leading fashion destinations.
