Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Assistant Cost Manager: 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Cost Manager: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, cost planning, procurement, contract administration, variations, and final accounts.
Proficiency in CostX or equivalent cost management software and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in infrastructure, utilities, power, airport, rail, data centre, industrial, or commercial projects is preferred.
Professional Qualifications
Membership or eligibility for professional accreditation such as HKIS, RICS, CIOB, or equivalent is preferred.
MHKIS and/or MRICS are highly desirable for Cost Manager-level candidates.
