- 为高净值客户提供完整财富管理和银行服务
- 开发新私行关系并维护存量关系，提升AUM和收入
- 定期监控客户组合，寻找交叉销售与增长机会
- 与内部部门和信贷顾问协作，提供定制融资方案
職位要求
- 7年以上关系管理经验，最好在私行、商银或投行
- 有客户获取、资产沉淀、资产增长和收入生成记录
- 具备优秀沟通、谈判与问题解决能力
- 熟悉金融市场和财富管理产品

To be successful you will need: 7+ years of relationship management experience, ideally in private banking, commercial banking or investment banking sectors Proven track record in client acquisition, asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation Excellent communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively and solve problems Excellent understanding of financial markets and wealth management products Strong focus on client servicing Speaks fluent English and Mandarin, Cantonese skills may be beneficial but not necessary
