工作內容
- 拓展、管理和监控中小企业客户组合，提供合适的商业银行融资。
- 达成业务目标，同时管理营运开支和信贷风险。
- 维护客户关系，并通过关键客户及战略伙伴拓展新客户。
- 指导和支持团队初级成员，监控贷款组合质量及相关控制措施。
職位要求
- 具备银行、商业管理、金融或信贷相关学科大学学位。
- 中小企业商业贷款销售及营销经验为优先。
- 通过保险中介资格考试，并符合《证券及期货条例》下受规管活动的胜任要求。
- 具备销售及客户导向、分析能力和有效沟通能力。

Requirements University degree in Banking, Business Management, Finance and Credit related discipline Proven sales and marketing experience in commercial lending in SME business preferred Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations and fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently Strong sales and customer orientation, with excellent analytical skill Ability to communicate effectively and create connection with others Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage. Candidate with less experience would be considered as VP I, Business Banking and AVP, Business Banking.
