工作內容

  • 与管理层制定财务策略，提供业务及投资决策分析。
  • 领导预算、预测、财务模型及绩效指标管理。
  • 监督会计、财务报告、内控、税务合规和审计。
  • 建设财务团队，并支持融资、并购及IPO相关工作。

職位要求

  • 具认可会计或金融学位或相关专业认证。
  • 有财务主管、财务总监或相近岗位经验。
  • 深入掌握现金流、银行对账和簿记，具预算及风险管理实操经验。
  • 熟悉数据分析、预测模型及会计软件，具领导和决策能力。

REQUIREMENTS:
- A recognised Accounting/Finance Degree/relevant certification (e.g. CPA/chartered account equivalent is required)
- Proven work experience as a Head of Finance, Director of Finance or similar role
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
- Experience in completing IPO's, M&A's, Capital Financing and Fund Raising is a plus
- A natural leader who displays integrity, humility and responsibility, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both within and across business unit
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Solid analytical and decision-making skill
