What you'll need:
Must-Have
Experience: 2–4 years of hand-on experience managing multi-market digital marketing campaigns, with a strong preference for a proven background in a digital performance, creative, or social-first advertising agency.
Platform Competency: Full technical mastery of full-funnel account structures, optimization, and bidding setups across major distribution channels, specifically Google Ads (Pmax, YouTube, DV360, etc.), Meta Business Manager, TikTok, etc.
Analytical & Technical Skills: Experience in campaign setup, including budgeting, bidding, targeting, optimisation. Coaching mindset, can explain complex issues to various markets with varying capability.
Strategic Auditing Acumen: Demonstrated capability in diagnosing account health, structural flaws, budget misallocations, and conducting rigorous operational geo-targeting health check audits.
Adaptability & Localization Sensitivity: Deep commercial empathy to balance centralized functional direction with localized execution factors.
Language: fluent in English, additional regional language is a plus
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, MCP)
Regional working experience (regional account with overseas market knowledge)

We are looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Executive based in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in marketing with a blend of online and offline media experience. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse markets.
