Requirements University graduate is preferred Holder of HKIB Associate Retail Wealth Professional (ARWP) or Certified Retail Wealth Professional (CRWP) is preferred Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations Proven banking experience, with solid leadership and people management experience Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills Strong drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure Proficiency in both English and Chinese Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations/Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers and manage complex interactions effectively Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment Able to inspire others to achieve their goals/ambitions in a variety of situations Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
