International Trade Support Analyst

WHAT'S REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Have 0-1 year of experience in middle office operations, trade support, or a closely related function within a financial institution.
Demonstrated experience handling trade confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and trade exception resolution across multiple asset classes including equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, derivatives, repos, and futures.
Hands-on experience processing corporate actions, including assessment of mandatory and voluntary event impacts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation tools such as macros or scripting, and experience using SQL or equivalent tools to analyze data and produce operational reports.
Working knowledge of market data terminals such as Bloomberg and familiarity with trade confirmation and settlement workflows.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven ability to reconcile positions, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues with prime brokers, custodians, and external counterparties with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with traders, portfolio managers, compliance, technology teams, and external counterparties.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform accurately in a fast-paced environment while working across Asian and European trading hours.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
