Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience At least 5 years of relevant experience A strong background in network programming, multithreading, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming, with proficiency in Python and Rust and/or C++ Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to identify anomalies Familiarity with trading environments, including asset classes and execution Familiarity with Arrow/Parquet-based data lake architectures such as Iceberg, and data processing tools such as DuckDB and Acero, and Kubernetes Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
