  • 具备团队管理、客户沟通或业务拓展经验

Preferred Project Experience
Candidates with demonstrated experience in one or more of the following sectors are highly preferred:
Universities and Higher Education Campuses
Research & Development (R&D) Facilities
Hospitals and Healthcare Developments
Transit and Infrastructure Projects
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
Chartered Engineer (or equivalent professional qualification) is highly preferred.
Proven experience in leading the design and delivery of large-scale building engineering projects.
Associate level candidates should demonstrate strong project leadership capabilities.
Associate Director candidates should possess experience in team management, client engagement and business development.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.
Work location in Singapore or other South-East Asian cities.
BIM knowledge and digital engineering experience will be an advantage.
