工作內容
- 领导、发展和管理 B3 分行，推动业务目标达成。
- 保障客户体验，并促进客户使用替代服务渠道。
- 落实分行计划，管理销售线索及客户体验。
- 控制风险、提高运营效率，并参与区域领导工作。
職位要求
- 具备银行经验及推广多种财富管理产品的经验。
- 通过相关保险中介或 HKSI 证券资格考试。
- 具备良好的沟通、人际交往和分析能力，能承压并推动成果。
- 持有 ARWP 或 CRWP 优先；HKIB ECF 或 Certified Banker 资格有优势。

Requirements University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or other relevant qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP Less academically qualified candidates with relevant work experience will also be considered Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations Passes in the HKSI licensing examinations Proven banking experience, with experience in promoting various wealth management products Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure Proficiency in both English and Chinese High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers and manage complex interactions effectively Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment Able to inspire others to achieve their goals/ambitions in a variety of situations Holder of HKIB Associate Retail Wealth Professional (ARWP) or Certified Retail Wealth Professional (CRWP) is preferred Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
