To be successful you will need:
Tertiary or university level education, preferably in finance, business or a related field
Proven experience in life insurance, preferably in Bancassurance Extensive wealth management and insurance product knowledge and sales capabilities
Insurance related license are required, including Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Paper 1,7,8 and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper 1,3,5 and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
Certified Financial Planner or Certified Financial Marketing Professional accreditation or other relevant qualification an advantage
Good level of verbal English and Cantonese, with Putonghua preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skill
