- 具备商业管理或相关学科大学学位，并有零售银行经验及投资产品知识。
- 须通过香港证券及投资学会发牌考试及 IIQE，满足受规管活动胜任要求。
- 具备良好人际沟通、投资咨询及演示能力，并能管理复杂客户互动。
- 英语和中文熟练；CFA、CFP、CFMP、ECF 或 HKIB Certified Banker 等资格为优势。

Requirements University degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines, with professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP an advantage Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage. Pass the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and IIQE and fulfill the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance Proven experience in retail banking, with strong knowledge of investment products Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Sound investment consultation and presentation skills Proficiency in both English and Chinese Customer centric mindset and able to manage complex interaction effectively Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
