What We Look For In You
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
Fresh graduates with stellar internships or relevant extracurricular experiences can be considered.
Must have a Software Engineering / Computer Science background, in order to work effectively with engineering teams.
Familiarity with mainstream AI coding products, with strong hands-on experience or product understanding of Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Copilot, as well as context engineering, knowledge input, tool integration, human-in-the-loop collaboration, and governance considerations.
