WHAT'S REQUIRED
Experience providing AV support in a corporate or enterprise environment.
Knowledge of Poly video conferencing platforms incl. Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc. and enterprise AV systems.
Experience supporting an IWMS or similar workplace technology platform.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to support senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions.
Willingness to provide on-site support and occasional off-hours assistance, including limited travel within APAC as required.
