  • 开发大中华区新业务线索并建立客户管道
  • 与潜在客户沟通并准备定制报价
  • 支持RFP、RFI及客户文件处理
  • 进行市场与竞品研究并维护销售记录

職位要求

  • 8–12年以上相关业务拓展或商业经验
  • 本科，研究生学历更佳
  • 能与UHNWIs、家办和机构客户沟通
  • 精通普通话和英语，粤语加分

About you
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
8–12+ years’ experience in a senior business development or commercial role within Private Wealth, Fund Administration, Asset Management, or broader Financial Services.
Proven track record of originating, managing, and closing business within the Greater China market
Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of private wealth solutions, trust structures, and corporate entities.
Experience with Private Trust planning and setup is highly desirable.
Preferably knowledgeable in closed‑ended and open‑ended fund structures, including private equity and hedge funds.
Excellent written communication and proposal‑writing skills, with strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Skills & Attributes
Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, UHNWIs, and institutional clients.
Highly self‑motivated, commercially minded, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an advantage.
