- 处理证券和外汇孖展交易查询
- 及时准确执行客户交易指令
- 处理投诉并支持日常运营合规
- 提出流程优化以提升效率
職位要求
- 文凭或学位；DSE毕业且有相关经验亦可
- 需持HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8
- 有零售银行及证券/外汇孖展经验
- 能轮班更佳，英语和中文沟通良好

Requirements Diploma or Degree Holder; Form Five or DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered Less experienced candidates will be considered for the Customer Service Officer position; fresh graduates will also be considered Passes in the Hong Kong Securities and Investment (HKSI) Paper 1, 7 and 8 a must Proven experience in retail banking with knowledge of securities trading or FX margin trading operations Willing to work shift hours is an advantage Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges Ability to be resilient in face of difficult situations Strong desire to learn and resolve problems in a new way Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage RBW You’ll achieve more when you join Hang Seng Bank Limited.
