To be successful you will need:
University degree qualified, preferably in business administration or finance discipline
Holder of SFC Type 1, 2, 3 and 4 licences
Strong customer mind-set and high commitment to service excellence
Solid experience in securities, and/or hotline customer services
Good knowledge of investment products provided by the bank or retail brokerage firms would be an advantage
Adaptability and flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities
Self-motivated and pragmatic with ability to work independently and under pressure
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
