需相关学位，并有意考取HKIS/RICS资格
2-5年相关经验；实习经验属加分
需具备分析、沟通、解决问题能力及基础AutoCAD/Revit

Education & Qualifications
Degree in Building Surveying, Construction, Architecture, or related discipline.
Interest in pursuing HKIS / RICS professional qualification.
Experience
Candidates with 2-5 5years’ relevant experience will be considered.
Internship experience in building surveying, A&A works, or construction projects is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Eager to learn, proactive, and committed to developing a long-term career in building surveying.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
