Skills You'll Need: At least 3-4 years of experience building platforms and solving business challenges. Strong programming skills using C++ or Python on large distributed systems. Strong understanding of computer systems (e.g. operating systems, networks, performance optimization). Demonstrated strategic thinking and maturity in tackling complex problems across cross-functional teams, technology, and processes. Team player, with good communication, interpersonal skills, and a humble and cooperative attitude. Bachelor's or Masters’ degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field.
