What we’re looking for 4+ years of experience in business operations, product operations, strategy, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements Strong business judgement and practical problem-solving skills, with an operations, client, or product-operations mindset. Technical literacy to work with Engineering on AI agents, prompts, workflows, APIs, and automation. Clear, concise, and responsive communication, with strong follow-through across multiple stakeholders. Ability to prioritise under uncertainty, manage ambiguity, and make sensible trade-offs. Comfort working in an AI-native environment with multiple AI agents across functions. High attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or high-impact workflows. Willingness to learn quickly and balance speed with quality, controls, and human oversight. #LI-CY2
