What We Look For In You Bachelor’s Degree with solid knowledge and experience of global Compensation & Benefits design including but not limiting to broad-based compensation, short-term and long-term incentive program design and implementations, and annual focal reviews. Self-motivated and flexible, capable of performing well under pressure and adjusting to rapidly changing environments. Resilient, with a positive, can-do attitude. Committed to embodying and promoting the company’s values proactively. Strong domain expertise while being open to new ideas and feedback. We seek a strong expert who is also a collaborator, valuing diverse perspectives to achieve the best outcomes for the company. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive business conversations and push things through. Demonstrated strong financial acumen and business insights in designing incentive programs. Hands-on approach willing to engage in the details. Strong team player, with the ability to build partnerships within HR team and across business units. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking regions.
