The qualities that help you thrive The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for these roles. Significant experience as a Design Manager, Technical Lead, Project Manager or Senior Engineer within ports, coastal or maritime infrastructure projects. Strong experience managing multidisciplinary design teams across complex maritime infrastructure projects. Experience delivering design and planning for ports, marine structures, coastal infrastructure or waterfront developments. Demonstrated ability to own and deliver packages of work within major infrastructure programs. Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills, particularly with port authorities, government agencies or major infrastructure clients. Experience coordinating teams across multiple offices, regions or international delivery environments. A passion for delivering infrastructure that supports coastal communities, trade and long-term economic growth.
