What you will need to succeed Minimum 3+ years of professional trading experience at a leading proprietary trading firm, market maker or crypto-native trading desk — this is not an entry-level or junior role Proven PnL generation from strategies you personally built, deployed, and managed in live production Experience in: Low-latency CeFi trading and/or On-chain (DeFi) trading Strong understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics Practical experience with exchange APIs and latency-sensitive systems Ability to generate and validate trading ideas using data and real-time feedback Comfortable working flexible hours Strong quantitative skills with solid programming and data handling capabilities (e.g. Python, SQL) Flow Traders does not accept unsolicited resumes from any professional staffing or search firms.
