  • 具备相关大学学位或其他相关资格
  • 有零售银行信贷风险或投诉处理管理经验
  • 了解组合管理分析并具备项目管理能力
  • 具备领导沟通能力；普通话流利为优势

Requirements
University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
Managerial experience in credit risk or complaint handling and project management, in relation to retail banking products
Good understanding of portfolio management technique including analytics
Strong interpersonal / leadership skills Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
