- 监控交易系统、订单、持仓、PnL和风险
- 处理执行、交易所连接和生产问题
- 协调交易员、开发、交易所和经纪商解决故障
- 开发工具和自动化以改进监控、对账和报告
職位要求
- 3年以上电子交易或交易支持经验
- 理解订单生命周期、持仓、PnL和风险
- 具备Python或脚本能力，SQL更佳
- 能在快节奏生产环境中排障并沟通

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in electronic trading, trade support, trading operations, production support, or a related role. Strong understanding of electronic trading, order lifecycle, positions, P&L, and risk. Ability to troubleshoot issues calmly and effectively in a fast-moving production environment. Strong Python or scripting skills; SQL experience is preferred. Experience working with large trading or market datasets. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Preferred: Experience supporting systematic, algorithmic, or market-making trading. Experience with prediction markets, equities, crypto, futures, options, or other derivatives. Experience with exchange APIs, FIX, order-book data, or real-time trading systems.
