Who You Are
Payments experience: minimum 5 years of experience in the payments industry, with strong knowledge of acquiring, merchant services, payment solutions, or payment partnerships.
Enterprise sales experience: proven experience managing complex sales cycles with enterprise merchants, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
Account growth mindset: demonstrated ability to not only acquire clients but also grow existing accounts through strategic relationship management and solution expansion.
Commercially driven: comfortable owning revenue growth opportunities, including new business acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
Analytical mindset: able to understand transaction data, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
Client-focused: strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
Self-starter: proactive, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative and positive: works effectively across teams and contributes to a high-performance culture.
