What you'll need: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Extensive experience in business analytics, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role. Expertise in handling large datasets using SQL, R, Python and advanced proficiency in analytical tools like Excel or equivalent platforms. e.g., Power BI, Tableau. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity.
