What you will need: Over 3 years experience in operations, analytics, or growth roles in a tech start-up/ platform company preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internships/projects may apply. Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into action. Project management expertise with ability to juggle stakeholders (market teams and different functional teams). Good understanding of marketplace dynamics (e.g., pricing elasticity, churn drivers). Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for experimentation and rapid iteration.
