職位要求
- Drive high-tier support and incident response for complex cloud and hybrid network incidents, coordinating with AWS and network vendors where required. Conduct thorough post-incident reviews and root-cause analyses, using findings to improve resilience, monitoring, automation and capacity planning.
- This role operates within a global Network team. Participation in on-call, out-of-hours escalation, maintenance windows, and major incident response will be required, consistent with the operational nature of the team
