Required Skills and Experience
Experience leading or supervising a Network Operations, NOC, infrastructure support, or similar technical operations team.
Strong people-management skills, including coaching, performance management, workload planning, and team development.
Ability to lead during high-pressure incidents and coordinate across multiple technical teams.
Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
Experience managing operational rotas, handovers, escalations, and out-of-hours support models.
Comfortable working in a global, follow-the-sun environment.
Experience supporting complex environments such as low-latency trading, high-performance compute, global WAN, or other business-critical infrastructure.
Background in Networking demonstrated by certifications or academic education.
Working Pattern
This role operates within a global Network Operations team. Participation in on-call, out-of-hours escalation, maintenance windows, and major incident response will be required, consistent with the operational nature of the team
