Requirement University graduate preferred; CFA/CFP/CFMP/QRA would be an advantage Proven experience in insurance sales; Exposure in universal life insurance policy would be an advantage Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 is a must/ HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 is preferred) Attain any internal standards as required by country Proficiency in both English and Chinese; Fluent Putonghua preferred Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment Be curious and with passion to think deeply and rationally High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
