Qualifications At least 10 years of relevant experience at a buy-side firm, sell-side institution, exchange, or trading venue. Deep knowledge of Hong Kong and China equities markets, including their market structure and regulatory frameworks Strong understanding of prime brokerage, securities lending, financing, and institutional trading Established relationships across the Hong Kong and China equities industry Strong commercial judgement, analytical ability, and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and work effectively across functions Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment Interest in electronic trading and trading technology; coding or automation experience is a plus A relevant SFC license would be a plus Native-speaker-level Mandarin and professional fluency in English
