About you If you have a curious mind, a collaborative spirit, and would enjoy working with clients to solve interesting problems, we have a feeling you'll fit right in. You should be: Planning to graduate in 2028 Studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree Curious about financial markets and eager to learn in a rapidly changing environment Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, staying calm and effective under pressure Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to recover quickly from setbacks and learn from mistakes A proactive, self-motivated problem-solver excited about building relationships with clients and partners Highly analytical and logical, comfortable working with numbers and data Extremely organized with excellent attention to detail, even when managing competing priorities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluency in English, with proficiency in Japanese, Korean, Malay or Thai being a plus Please note: Jane Street will provide flights to and from Hong Kong as well as accommodation throughout the entirety of the program.
