Your present skillset:
Extensive experience designing, deploying, and managing Windows Server environments, including large-scale enterprise migrations.
Strong expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS design, implementation, and advanced troubleshooting.
Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation, OS builds, patching, and infrastructure optimisation.
Deep understanding of Windows Update processes, enterprise patch management, and security hardening best practices.
Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
Experience with backup tools such as Veem.
Experience managing cloud infrastructure, including AWS EC2 and Azure.
Strong troubleshooting expertise across Windows 10/11 client operating systems.
Solid cloud platform experience with Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
Experience supporting and optimising Citrix DaaS / VDI environments.
Experience supporting and optimising ESXi environments.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, certificate services (PKI), and infrastructure security.
Experience with performance monitoring and optimisation of Windows servers, desktops, and virtual machines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and contribute effectively to cross-functional projects
Occasional weekend shifts and out-of-hours coverage may be required to ensure continuous support.
