Qualifications: A degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (or a related science).
Experience: 8–10 years in municipal waste landfill operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial position or equivalent project management role.
Technical Skills: Proven ability in project finance, cash flow management, and implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) plans and procedures.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, coaching, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work proactively and independently under pressure.
Languages: A good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese is an advantage.
Preference will be given to candidates with Chartered Membership in an environmental or engineering institution, and experience handling government projects or working in multinational companies.
