Your present skillset: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field Previous experience in software engineering, exposure to financial data is a plus Strong computer science fundamentals and proficiency in Python/Rust Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure Exposure to the front-end, particularly with regards to custom monitoring dashboards, is a plus Knowledge of data-quality frameworks (Soda/Great Expectations) is a plus Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with other engineers, quants and traders Ability to work autonomously within a global team QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
