工作內容
- 拓展商业银行产品业务并发掘销售机会。
- 开发客户关系，提供合适产品服务并提升满意度。
- 按KYC规定管理新客户获取，支持业务策略落地。
- 协调内部团队交付方案并转介客户业务。
職位要求
- 大学毕业，具银行及客户面对面服务经验。
- 要求英语和粤语书面及口语能力；流利普通话为优势。
- 持相关保险及投资牌照并符合CPD要求；牌照亦列为优先条件。
- 具客户服务意识、沟通展示能力，能承压并主动工作。
