Requirements University degree in Business Management, Information System or related discipline Minimum of 4 years' experience in the banking industry and/or IT projects management Proven project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives (preferably in wealth/ investments, banking, or financial services) Strong understanding of investment products and sales/ distribution processes; with familiarity with regulatory expectations for investment product selling Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external vendors, with clear governance, disciplined execution and effective issue/ risk management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at different levels Strong self-motivation and ownership; able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform well under pressure Innovative and strategic thinker, results oriented with a strong delivery mindset Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective deliverables You’ll achieve more when you join Hang Seng Bank Limited. www.hangseng.com/careers https://www.linkedin.com/company/hang-seng-bank Hang Seng is committed to service excellence.
